1. About these terms

1.1. “We”, “us” and “Bharvia” mean Bharvia. “You” means the business or person using our website or services.

1.2. A signed proposal or order form forms part of these terms. If the two conflict, the proposal or order form applies.

2. Our services

2.1. We provide digital marketing services, including SEO, paid advertising management, social media marketing, website development and consulting, as described in your proposal.

2.2. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in the proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

3. Your responsibilities

3.1. To deliver the services, you agree to:

• provide accurate information and timely access to accounts;
• review and approve work within 3 working days;
• make sure the materials you give us do not infringe anyone’s rights;
• pay advertising platforms directly for ad spend, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Fees and payment

4.1. Fees are shown exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate.

4.2. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless the proposal says otherwise.

4.3. We may pause work if an invoice is more than 15 days overdue.

5. Term and cancellation

5.1. Each plan has a minimum term shown on the pricing page or in your proposal.

5.2. After the minimum term, either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. Once paid for, the deliverables we create for you belong to you. Your ad accounts, analytics and data always remain yours.

6.2. We may keep general know-how and templates that are not specific to your business.

7. Results

7.1. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines, advertising platforms and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8.2. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or business opportunity.

9. Governing law

9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
